The current main KAIROS website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar or other behavioural advertising/analytics technologies identified in the current technical audit.

The website may use:

• a first-party cookie named kairos-locale;
• a localStorage key named kairos-locale.

Their purpose is to remember the language preference selected by the user.

The cookie is currently configured site-wide with SameSite=Lax and an approximate one-year duration.

It is not used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.

The kairos-locale preference cookie and equivalent local storage are used only to remember the language option selected by the user. Where the user actively chooses that preference and the technology is limited to that purpose, this type of preference storage may be exempt from prior consent under the criteria applied by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

In the current main-site configuration, no non-essential analytics or advertising cookies requiring a dedicated prior-consent mechanism have been identified.

If KAIROS later deploys non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technology, this policy will be updated and the applicable consent mechanism will be implemented before activation.

You can delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

Deleting kairos-locale may cause the website to stop remembering your selected language.

This policy will be updated when the site's cookie, local-storage or third-party service inventory changes.
